Professional Background
Dr Nilsen-Nunn is a general practitioner having trained and Qualified in 2009 from Leeds Medical School. Initially embarking on a surgical career before entering general practice.
Whilst training in surgery she worked in many specialities such as urology, breast, ENT, cardiac, bariatric and colorectal. It was during this time she completed her MSc (Edinburgh) and has been published multiple times in various medical publications. The knowledge from these specialities has only proven to enhance her knowledge in general practice.

On qualifying in General Practice Dr Nilsen-Nunn was ranked higher than the National average in both professional behaviour and clinical performance.

During her specialist GP training Dr Nilsen-Nunn was fortunate to have spent over a year in obstetrics and gynaecology meaning she now has a special interest in Women’s Health including sexual health / STD / contraception and subfertility.
Also since qualifying as a GP Dr Nilsen-Nunn has developed a keen interest in mental health issues and prides herself on being approachable and relatable. Dr Nilsen-Nunn enjoys the MDT approach of mental health and enjoys a good relationships with many counsellors and voluntary organisations within the Gibraltar community.
